This training invites clinicians to examine the unseen influences that shape clinical decision-making. Focusing on implicit bias, cultural awareness, and cultural responsiveness, participants will explore how bias, culture, and systemic factors impact assessment, engagement, and treatment outcomes. Through real world examples and guided discussion, clinicians will gain practical strategies to reduce harm, strengthen
equity, and deliver more effective, trauma-informed care across systems of practice. The course meets requirements for 3 CE anti-oppressive units.
